Virginia Alice Tracy, 78, of Lexington, Nebraska, passed away peacefully at her home on February 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving daughter.

Born on February 21, 1947, in Valparaiso, Florida to Heinz and Carol Templin, Virginia. She was a dedicated individual who completed her high school education and pursued her passion for caring for others by earning a nursing degree.

She was united in marriage to Ron Tracy in Las Vegas, who was the love of her life. Together, they shared many wonderful travels. Following Ron's passing, Virginia moved to Lexington to be closer to her daughter, Carrie.

Virginia had a deep passion for crocheting and enjoyed dedicating her time to helping others. She cherished moments spent with her family and her beloved guide dog, Tacey.

She is survived by her children: Carrie (Marvin) Werner of Lexington, Eric Remnet of Oregon, Kim (Jerold) Mason of Lubbock, Texas, and Jason (Lisa) Remnet of Silverdale, Washington.

In accordance with her wishes, Virginia will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
