Robert William Kasper, 94, of Arnold, Nebraska, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the Callaway District Hospital.

He was born on June 13, 1932, on the family farm in rural Custer County to William and Andella (Oliva) Kasper. Robert attended school in Arnold and graduated with the class of 1949. He then went on to attend the North Platte Business School and the Grand Island School of Business. After business school, Robert worked for Western International and later for the Nansel Oil company in Arnold. He also dedicated many years to farming.

On October 14, 2000, Robert was united in marriage to Glenna Wilson in Gothenburg and welcomed her three children, Don, James, and Laura. Robert enjoyed the simple things in life. He liked to work on his garden and landscaping, always making sure everything was kept looking nice and tidy.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Glenna Kasper of Arnold, Nebraska; stepchildren, Don (Beverly) Williams of Hunstville, Arkansas, and Laura (Paul) Capasso of Rogers, Arkansas; sister, Marion Diers of Syracuse, Nebraska, and nephew, Paul (Karleen) Sailor of Dallas, Texas.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, William and Andella Kasper, and his stepson, James Williams.

A Private Burial will take place at Arnold Cemetery in Arnold, Nebraska.
