Pablo Barajas

Pablo Barajas, 69, of Lexington, Nebraska passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 14, at CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.

Pablo Barajas was born on July 10, 1956, in Tecalitlán to Flavia Barajas and Francisco Barajas.

He is survived by Laura Barajas and their children: Flavia Barajas, María Angélica Barajas, Pablo Barajas, Richard Barajas, Danny Barajas, and Laura (Gonzalez) Barajas.

Pablo is also survived by his siblings Pedro, Juan, Isidro, Eduardo, Francisco, Gonzalo, and his little sister, Rosa.

He leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Eduardo, Olivia, Cordelia, Emily, Mason, Sophia, Benny, Lucy, Felix, Max, Dexter, Alex, Adela, Tomas, and Elena.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Antonio Barajas.

Pablo will be remembered for his love for family, life and travel. He was a hardworking man and a kid at heart who always had a smile on his face.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Lexington with Father Jose Chavez, officiating.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 5-7 p.m. with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington.

Following the Traditional Funeral Mass, cremation will take place and burial will be held at a later date.

Memorials are kindly suggested to the family for later designation.

Pablo Barajas nació el 10 de julio de 1956 en Tecalitlán, Jalisco, de Flavia Barajas y Francisco Barajas.

Lo sobreviven Laura Barajas y sus hijos: Flavia, María Angélica, Pablo, Richard, Danny y Laura.

Pablo también es sobrevivido por sus hermanos Pedro, Juan, Isidro, Eduardo, Francisco, Gonzalo y su hermanita Rosa.

Fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres y su hermano Antonio Barajas.

Pablo será recordado por su amor por la vida y los viajes. Fue un hombre trabajador y un niño de corazón que siempre tenía una sonrisa en el rostro.
