Gareth Glenn

Gareth Glenn, 72, of Scottsdale, Arizona, formerly of Lexington, Nebraska passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona.

He was born on October 16, 1953, in Lexington, Nebraska, to Keith and Iris (Van Dyke) Glenn. He attended school in Lexington and graduated from Lexington High School with the class of 1971. Gareth soon moved to Arizona, where he owned and operated a successful roofing company.

Gareth spent a majority of his life in Arizona but would come back during the holidays to spend time with his family. He was an avid golfer, coming home often to golf with old friends, and greatly enjoyed deep-sea fishing when he could. Gareth was a devoted supporter of the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, making regular contributions to the cause.

Survivors include his sisters, Jodee Haugh of Lexington, and Melanie (Gus) Wurtzer of Catonsville, Maryland; nephews, Stephen Wurtzer and Jeff Haugh; as well as numerous cousins, extended family and friends.

Besides his parents, Gareth was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffery John.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery in Lexington with Father Jose Chavez officiating.
