Charles Joseph Robertson, 42, of Lexington, Nebraska, was found south of Lexington on Sunday, November 11, 2007.
He was born April 14, 1965, at Portsmouth, Virginia, to Billy and Anita (Daugherty) Robertson.
As a young child the family moved to New Orleans, Louisiana and when Charles was seven they moved to Charleston, Mississippi. Charles traveled the country before meeting his wife, Heather Golden, in Corpus Christi, Texas. In 1992, they moved to Hastings, Nebraska until 1998, when they moved to Lexington. Charles was employed with T.L. Sund Constructors.
Charles was loved by many people. He was a wonderful son, brother, husband and father. He loved to fish, hunt, camp and spend time outdoors. He also enjoyed his trade of being a carpenter. He will be very missed.

His father: Billy Robertson of Enid, Mississippi
One brother: Robert (Lori) Robertson of Fairfield, Nebraska
One sister: Donnee (Christian) Schroepfer of Clovis, California
Charles was preceded in death by his mother, brother, Billy and father-in-law, Kenneth Golden.
Charles’s body was cremated.
A Memorial Celebration will be held Saturday, December 8, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington with Pastor Victor Diaz, officiating.
There will be no visitation.
